Sounds like the serpentine accessory drive belt on the engine is either broken or has come off. It drives the alternator and power steering pump, as well as the air conditioning compressor and (depending on the engine) the engine coolant pump. Check the belt (it's on the right, or passenger, side of the engine, between the engine and the fender) and replace it if needed. Also, check all the pulleys that it gos over to make sure they aren't loose. There should be a diagram under the hood of your car that shows how the belt goes on.
this sounds like the powersteering unit busy saying cheers. check your powersteering fluid is topped up. keeping it topped up would keep this from slipping. the belt is tighten to the right degree. I'm sure it's just the fluid. otherwise an early sign that the powersteering system is packing up. good luck
worn pulley on the crankshaft will cause belt to squeak.pulley has worn to a point where it become to smooth belt cant grip it while turning so it start slipping making squeaking sound.
Possible solution. It could be the belt tensioner. It might not hold
the belt tight enough to have a consistent charge to the battery
through the alternator. I had to replace the one on my 91 accord and
that solved my problem.
if the water is coming from the right that is the water pump which is driven by the timing belt .check timing belt for damage if it is broke you will have a damage engine and you will need to change the water pump .it can be a very expensive joob
