2000 maxima wont start after changing MAF, the parts store run a diagnostic and it was the MAF, it ran but wouldnt idle Ive put two new MAF and all it does is turn over but wont start

It is not the maf. What is the actual trouble code in the computer? The parts store guys are not mechanics, but they'll sell you lots of parts before your car is working again.

I just put a new clutch in a 1999 Nissan Maxima and now the speedometer does not work

If it was working before you got the clutch replaced, it is most probably the mechanics fault. They may have broken a wire or cable or the speedo sensor as a result of not disconnecting it before trying to remove the transmission. You need to bring it to another mechanic to find the problem to see if it was a result of the clutch removal. Then you may be able to seek retribution from your original mechanic.

Gas gage and speedometer not working

You should start with you fuse block itself. For that many different things to be not working the one thing they have in common is the fuse box. if the fuses are good you may have a faulty fuse box itself. Use a voltmeter and test the slots to the fuses for each electrical item. If you dont have voltage going to your fuses then the box needs replacing. If you do then either fuses need replacing or damaged or broken wiring.

Dash lights and gages

There is usually 2 fuse boxes 1 that is under the hood and 1 next to the drivers side kick panel. If not that check that all your computers are working by testing them with a tester from a auto parts place or someone that may have one that will let you borrow.

Have you checked the fuses? Look in the owner's manual for the locations... you might have just blown one.

2003 chrysler town & country speedometer stuck

sit in the drivers seat close the door. with the key off hold the trip odometer button in then while holding the button in turn the key on. if done correctly this will put the MIC (mechanical instrument cluster) into a self test. if the speedometer does not move like the rest of the gauges during this test the MIC must be replaced. if the speedometer does move it is likely your problem will be fixed, however, if the speedometer does move but it does not start working properly then further diagnostic will be needed.

Charging system

change your battery cables and check all wires on the alternator for loose connections, expecially the grounds.
