white smoke can be water in the exhaust if you park with the rear end facing up hill it will store water in the cat and take a few miles to clean out. 2000 rpms is a bit fast. should be around 800-900 rpms. it could be a sticking idle control. take it off and give it a good clean out.
You might want to watch your coolant level. Open your radiator, fill it to full, and start the truck. If bubbles form, you might have a broken head gasket. Also, check to see how your water seperator and fuel filter are looking. But it sounds kind of like a head gasket.
if its white smoke then its a head gasket ,if this is the case then this is why you are getting the 2 injector codes and if these two injectores are next to each other then its blowing between two pistons
