You pulled the wires to test anti theft. Or pulled them to see if there was spark because of anti theft? Year make and model helps. Older cars did kill the spark. Newer ones on kill the fuel.
Is there spark getting to the spark plugs ? Is there fuel pressure, check with fuel pressure gauge . Is there an anti-theft system light lit on the dash ? SECURITY light ? Can a scan tool communicate with the vehicle modules ? PCM , BCM , ABS , Air bags , etc... You should test before replacing parts ! No Start Diagnostic Basics EricTheCarGuy
If you have no spark try the ignition module, it controls the spark and if you don't have any and the coil is new its the only other option short of wiring or ecu!!
