this light is blinking to let you know the engine has a cylinder mis fire, have the system tested for the fault code that tells u which cylinder is causing the light to blink. AAmco transmission does this code test for free, so does Kragen Auto and Autozone.
first thing to check, how is your battery? Are the battery posts clean? next check your fuses. replace as needed. sometimes if an aftermarket stereo has been added, the wront power cord may have been splice. need to get the exact coce and find out what it means. i have never heard of a 1-3 code, usualy there are in the form of T0222 or T444 or something close to that. hope this helps a bit, the actual error code would help quite a bit
If your refering to the light on top of the dash that says "psgr air bag not connected" here;s the deal.
The module is activated when someone sits in the seat. Turn the key on and the notification will light. Go around to the psgr side of the car and sit in the seat and the light should go out.
