Fault code 62 on a 1991 Dodge Dynasty with the 3.3L V-6

either a fault on the stalk switch but i suspect the hazard light switch has a bad connection insdie the switch this is the most common fault i come across

Have the fault codes read. Replace faulty items. Use only
genuine items as replacement as non-genuine are not always compatible with the OEM fitted CPU units. This results in the fault codes not cancelling out.

You will need to remove the cylinder heads and take them to a machine shop and have them checked.

Bracket on top is for rely. You need to remove the 2 screws on clinode, battery cable ( first thing) and either 2 on engine block trans housing . You should be able to push starter up and move it around exhaust a little without removing anything else. Tight fit

check the compression. If its 15% lower than he others then the motor has issues.

Spray brake cleaner arouund intake looking for a leak. RPM will change if you find one

Remove the serpentine belt by using a breakover bar, rachet or serpentine belt removal tool with the correct size socket for the pulley mounting bolt. Rotate tensioner arm to release tension. Remove the belt.

If you have the 3.3L the voltage regulators are located in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) or Single Board Engine Controller (SBEC), depending on the model. If, after diagnosis, the regulator is deemed faulty, the PCM/SBEC must be replaced with a new one.
