Left front weel makes loud noise, I did replace brak pads but look that something else is not working right, may it be bearing?

Did the noise happen before or after the brakes were installed and can you describe the type of noise its making?

Wheel bearing noise can be identified as a growl type noise at highway speeds. Turn slightly left and right and note if the tone changes, this would indicate a failing bearing.

I hear a loud grinding noise when i drive my car

Check front tyres & wheel bearings espesially the R/H/F. Feel tyre for high / low spots on inside & jack up & spin wheel if you get noise while jacked up it is not the tyres but wheel bearing or brake pads but more than likly a crook bearing by the sound of it. It needs to be tended to ASAP

My car makes a bad growling noise. Everyone said that it was a front wheel bearing because that tire was worn down really bad on the outside. I replaced the passenger front wheel bearing, and it is still...

WHEEL BEARING USUALLY STARTS MAKING A ROARING TYPE NOISE WHICH USUALLY GETS LOUDER THE FASTER YOU DRIVE, SOMETIMES THEY WILL BE LOOSE , TO CHECK JACK UP THAT WHEEL AND GRAB TOP AND BOTTOM OF TIRE AND SHAKE, IF THERE IS MOVEMENT, TRY TO GET SOMEONE TO ROCK TIRE FOR YPU AND WATCH WHERE AXLE GOES INTO CENTER OF BEARING AND SEE IF AXLE IS MOVING WITH TIRE MOVEMENT AND SPINDLE REMAINS STATIONARY, THEN IT IS BAD BEARING, OR SOMETIMES THERE WILL BE NO MOVEMENT, THEN BLOCK REAR WHEELS AND RUN CAR WITH THAT WHEEL IN AIR AND SEE IF YOU HEAR NOISE, GOOD LUCK.

Roaring sound coming from front end as Mazda gains speed. Turning steering wheel changes the frquency of the noise.

You have a front wheel bearing that is making noise. Usually the one that is the problem is louder when turning in the opposite direction. If you turn right and noise gets loud then its your left bearing and if you turn left and the noise gets loud then its your right bearing. Understand that thats just a rule of thumb and that either bearing can make noise in either direction. Good luck!

03 Trailblazer Front End Noise/Vibration

I had similar problem with my 03 trailblazer. It had a low dull hum in the front end with a little vibration being felt in gas pedal. Noise increased over a couple weeks and was louder turning to the left and quiter turning to right. A GM mechanic friend of mine replaced the front right hub and took care of the problem. Hub was about $160 at Autozone.

2001 Chevrolet Cavalier front End Roar

You must replace wheel bearings in pairs to avoid loading the old bearing and, in time ruining your new bearing hub it is possible that you have already damaged the new hub
