1.disconnect +tive battery for 10min or more 2.locate 2 screw on the side of the steering wheel that hold the airbag module 3.take the screw off and lift the airbag module straight just enought space to see the connector ofr the airbag. 4 .turn the airbag module upside down until you can reach and disconnect the connector using flat screw drive.5.take the module out and locate some screw in side the module take it out slowly, take out the module slowly from there you can see two wires one is grounding and the other is postive seprate this two put something that can act like insulator to keep aprt from each other put it back test for non continiuty than install everything back together.

2004 tahoe horn location. Iam having problems with my horn. I have checked the horn switch on the steering colume. that may or may not be working the horn has worked recently buy useing a jumper

If you used a jumper wire on load side of horn relay and the horn sounded, the horn itself isn't the problem. Have you checked applicable fuses? Not only check the fuse, check for voltage on fuse circuit, use a testlight.
The horn button on the steering wheel and associated wiring is ground for control side of horn relay.

I hear a clicking sound when I press the horn

sounds like the horn itself is bad you can buy a aftermarket at auto parts store or original at junkyard

The horn on my car was unhooked before i got it and i dont know how to hook it back up

You'll probably have to do some internet research to get the wiring diagram, or buy a book to be able to trace the wires to and from the horn relay.

Flashing dome light, broken horn, and slow windshield wipers... what can it be?

if your hearing a clicking sound when pushing the horn button then it sounds like you need to replace the horn the diaphram is probably no good.if it was a bad connection you wouldn`t hear a clicking noise.the slow wipers sounds like it could be a poor ground on the wiper motor.you can run a separate ground wire to the wiper body and if the wipers work at a normal speed then that is all you have to do.if not then the power wire needs to be checked for battery voltage if its good then the problem is likely the wiper motor itself.the flickering interior light may be the light switch maybe moving just enough to make contact to allow power to the light.make sure the switch is into the off position and see what happens.

2001 Silverado: horn or horns do not work Hit switch and can hear ...

only one horn sounds when you hit the button. the other horn is for the alarm and door locks etc. im not sure which is which, but have someone push the horn button while checking for power and ground at the harness connector. if power and ground are there, replace the horn. for your own sanity, buy an original equipment horn that just plugs right in, a universal aftermarket requires you to frankenstein your wiring. good luck!

Horn and brake lights

First if brake lights arent working then the shiftlock wont work. Works off of same circuit. I would check fuses for brake lights and also horn. Not exactly sure on the 92's but good chance theres fuse's inside car and also under hood.

Check to see if you are getting power to the horn.If you are then you need to replace the horn itself. If your not getting power there then check the fuses.if there ok change the switch.
