I changed my spark plugs and wires and now my won't start

I changed my spark plugs and wires and now my truck won't start. It's a 1987 Chevy S-10 Blazer. I don't know what the firing order is, I looked it up and got two conflicting diagrams. I tried both with no success. Help.

I have changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, rotor on a 1997 chevy s10 truck and still it won't start. we checked for spark and there is spark. we are now checking the fuel relay but don't know

you need 3 things, air, fuel, and spark. if u have spark coming from all plugs, then ur good there, if you have fuel, and it still wont start, it may be the maf sensor or one of the other airflow sensors such as the map sensor.

My 95 chevy suburban rolls over will not start changed fuel pump, starter, spark plugs and wires

Check if its getting spark at plugs. Check if its getting fuel. Look at air filter.

Won't start

Start with what is missing to start the engine
Do you have fuel pressure?
Do you have spark?
Is the valve timing ok?

1999 chevy k2500. changed spark plugs 4 times in 7 months. Runs good for a week then doesn't start. Changed spider, throttle body sensor. Still has no codes and once again won't start.

The next time it won't start ,pull a sparkplug wire and see if you're getting fire. Then we'll known whether its a ignition or fuel problem and go from there.

Where is distributor cap on 1987 chevy cavalier

the car should have a coil pack...when you changed the plugs and wires they cap would have been at the top end of the plug wires. other wise it wil be at the front of the car where the plug wires or sparkplugs run to

1994 chevy s 10

The couple across the street from where I live, had the same problem. He also changed plugs and wires and even the coil. I told him to replace the rotor bug and distributor cap and all started running smoothly again. Looking at the bug and cap nothing looked bad other than a little wear. It even checked out using a meter. Only thing I could think of was that there may have been some hairline crake robbing the spark and causing it to missfire.... Don't really know.
