It is inside the vehicle on the passenger side kick panel. The panel is almost a triangle shape. Any flat head screwdriver will pop it right out.

Refer to your owners manual to see which fuse is which.

Check in Passenger Fuse Compartment the position 41, 20AMP for CIgar Lighter and OBDII DIagnostic Conector.
