Go to Car Quest or Napa parts store and have them order the new supports. There are two different lengths- be sure to measure the old ones. Use a flat screwdriver to take the old ones off following the directions on the new package. The new ones basically snap back on. Pay attention as to the top and bottom before you remove the old ones.

call the dealer and ask. If not then you need to change the trunk shocks.

Try AutoZone- they had to order them in from the warehouse but it only took 2 days- I know they stock both sizes because I got the wrong size the first time.
