Replaced the radio in my 2001 Pontiac Sunfire with a radio from a scrapped 2001 Grand Am. Radio says "locked". How do I get it to work?.

Because you have removed the radio from a power source it automatically goes into stolen mode making the radio useless when stolen. This mode is selected when you change the battery but in that case you would have access to the code to re-enter it. Talk with a radio tech and they may be able to say how to fix or where to go to get the code.

Installed ignition on 2003 sunfire, how do i reset security system

did you reuse the same pass lock sensor and key lock tumbler? if so the security system shouldn't have to be reset. if you replaced either lock cylinder or pass lock sensor then you have to turn the key to the start position and then to the run position and leave the key on for about ten minutes and wait for the security light to stop flashing. once the light stops flashing do the same process again. it may take up to three times to get the key code encrypted into the BCM. on the third time after the light stops flashing the car should start, if not then you may have another problem.

How do I reset the service engine light on 02 pontiac sunfire 2.2 engine?

Best option is a scan tool or code reader.Alternatively you can disconnect the battery but if you have theft lock on your radio you may need to get the code to reactivate it.

Unlock radio code

the radio station buttons numbered 1 2 3 4 5 6. enter the 5 digit radio code there. if it locks up or goes to error you must remove the negative (-) battery cable to reset the radio and try again. it will let you try 3 times.

Cannot use radio after battery change, I have the code, not workin

you can only try the code install 3 times before the radio locks up.
you will have to disconnect the battery for 10 seconds if that happens. the 5 digit code gets entered where the station select buttons are 1 2 3 4 5 6 enter the code there.

turning left and stalling sounds like your power steering pressure switch is bad.as for other problem try unlocking drivers door using the key this should reset the factory alarm. also make sure you didn't miss a wire when reconnecting bat. look for 12gauge red wire near bat. this goes to computer if not connected car will crank but not start.
