There is a fuel pump cutoff reset button (and a relay) it is located under the instrument panel at the right (passenger) hand cowl side "kick" side panel, press the button and when you hear a click it is reset.
The only way ive been able to drain the gas out of out of the my 04 is to drop the tank and drain it that way. In the newer pickups thay make it so you cant put a hose down the fill line. Makes it hard to steal gas anymore.
check the back side of the throttle body butterfly . if it is got gummy sticky back side get throttle body spray and clean this soud help the idle problem
My guess is either bad fuel injector or faulty coils. I know for a fact there was a recall for bad injectors on 04-06 F150's. Check with your local dealer and good luck.
the fuel pump inertia switch is located under the passenger side kick panel push down on the button on the top of the switch if its already in then its not disabled
I just had the same issue happen with my truck. I have a 2004 F-150 as well and while driving down the road the truck completely shut down on me and seems like the security system on it thinks my truck is stolen. The key fabs will not allow the truck to unlock or lock nor will the key activate anything to start the truck. Does anyone have any advice on how to reset the securilock system on it?
