About all I can help with is voltage and ground. The voltage is fuse protected, check the fuse and voltage on fuse circuit. If you think problem with ground, try a redundant ground. if you are just looking for the B+ and ACC just wire it directly to the ignition switch. im pretty sure it is labelled properly. you can also try using a multi meter to test for power
