First let me say that at 7000 miles no noise is completely normal, make sure the dealer noted the problem so if it becomes a defect your covered, second, with it being so new, anything you might do on your own could void your warrenty!!! That being said, i would start with only using a high octane fuel, as low grade fuels are known to cause valve ping, this is probably what your hearing, if after a few tanks of high octane it still continues, take it back to the dealer, if they give you the same story, go to another dodge dealer, ALL dodge dealers will look at it, and if you tell them the people you bought it from are ignoring your problem they will be more than happy to get your business and tell you the truth, good luck!
