They should work but if not see if you can get the millennia fuel rail if its the v6 klze motor, if not be ready to spend some money for aftermarket injectors.

Plug lead lengths of mazda mx6

Could I have more information please. What year is this MX6? What size engine is it? Are the plug leads still in place on the vehicle?
There were 2 different V6 engines Mazda used and the firing orders were not always the same so engine size will help.
The plug leads are deliberately different lengths for a few reasons. When connected to the coil in the correct firing order the length will only allow the lead to go to certain spark plugs to help get the correct firing order, shorter leads look tidy on the engine and shorter leads cost less money to make for the manufacturer.

I have a Mazda mx6 v6 non turbo, the distributor wires on the schematic and on the vehicle are different. I want to confirm which wire goes where before trying to fire it.

https://www.mazdabg.com/ftp-uploads/Mazda/--Repair%20Instructions--/323,%20626,%20929,%20Miata,%20Millenia,%20MX3,%20MX6,%20Protege,%20RX-7/7920CH04.htm

Scroll down to the MX6 and if yours is different, then you could have a non standard ignition or it was installed improperly but adapted and runs fine, or simply wrong and not likely to run.

What is your history with this engine?

Was it running prior?

Does your distributor cap have a flat top?

Is it a Mazda/Ford ignition?

1995 Mazda mx6 v6 would not start. .When i turn the key and let it go then it pu,,pu, as if its trying to run

Try a squirt of starting fluid into the air intake before starting. If it then starts and runs for a few moments then can give you a good indication that fuel supply to the engine has been lost. After that is just a matter of determining if the tank is empty. Pump not working. Or injectors not supplying fuel to the combustion process. If still no start with the starting fluid then need to check and see if you have ignition spark to the plugs.

Mazda MX6 V6 firing cap order bottom 1 2 3, top 5 4 6. Is that the right cap? Won't start, and getting orange sparks.

On my 93 mx6 the spark plug wire that is all to it's self in number 6 and it is on lower part of the distributor, like a clock it would be at 7 on the face of clock and the distributor as you are looking at it,I know as I was looking at mine 2 hours ago.

Just bought 1991 Ford Probe lx v6 won't start

If you have spark and fuel (either via the injectors or spraying fluid into the intake), and still no evidence of firing, it suggests your valvetrain may not be working. If the valves can't open, the fuel cant get into the cylinder.

Do (or have done) a compression test. You may have a broken timing belt/chain.

93 mazda mx6 wont run. will start but runs very rough and only for a few seconds. plugs are black and getting too much fuel. I replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator. I think the...

the tps may affect the idle, but not really the excessive fuel. check that your coil has enough spark, remove plug watch spark. otherwise check haul senders in distributor or check injectors are not leaking.
