What would cause my 98 plymouth breeze to leak oil. I have to put a quart of oil in about every 2 weeks.

Age ;). But seriously, is car leaking or burning oil? Do you see any oil under car? Clean engine and try to locate when it comes from. There are many possibilities. From valve cover gasket to pinhole in oil pan or leaky seal on oil filter or drain plug.

Where are the freeze plugs located on a 2000 Plymouth breeze

Two on each side of the engine. Two in between the engine and transmission. The others are in the head. Front and back. these leak to muck oil to be freeze plugs. Unless you ran threw winter with no antifreeze. Where is the leak coming from? front or back?

Plymouth Breeze 2.0L SFI 4cyl the Engine Control Computer is located under hood, driver side, front side of strut tower, rear of headlight, mounted on inner fenderwell .

yes its easy to locate because its green in colour its located on the back side of the engine under the air filter casing and the exhaust manifold its best got at from under the car hope that helps

Crank Position Sensor

If i remember, it's located near the passenger side of the car behind the oil filter. There should be 4 screws holding it in place in a square pattern, 1 in each corner and the size is around 5mm.
