Question about 2001 Subaru Forester
The check engine light, could mean just about anything. from oil level to a fuel problem or low on coolant.etc. make sure all the fluids are ok, then if the light is still on it has to be scanned with an obd2 scanner to find the problem code. if you do not have one. you can go to any auto parts store and they will scan it for free. if no code is found, you can erase check engine light with scanner.
