Brake fluid, or gas. A not so pleasant taste test will tell which. Check brake fluid level under hood. Don't want to run out of that.

Testimonial: "THanks very much, touching the stuff coming out, it is not as thick as engine oil, its slightly redish in colour."

About the only fluid back that far would be brake fluid. Automatic transmission fluid is slightly reddish in color but that is right behind the engine. Brake fluid easily can appear slightly reddish in color. Good Job !!!.

Clicking noise coming from around flywheel.

If the car is an automatic, it will have a thin metal flex plate, rather than a regular flywheel. If the flexplate gets a crack in it, it would cause a bit of noise. See if there is an inspection plate on bottom front of transaxle. Remove the inspection cover to look at the flex plate. Turn the engine over to view the flexplate all around. Look for cracks, maybe a loose or missing mounting nut where torque converter mounts on flex plate. If you see nothing, leave the inspection cover off, and run the engine and listen closely for a problem from that area.
Leaking oil, eh? Don't know if related, but while looking at the flexplate, check if motor oil is leaking out the rear main crankshaft seal. It will be fitted to the rear engine block, in front of the flex plate. Oil would be dripping off the rear of engine, or maybe collecting at bottom of bell housing, evident when inspection cover is removed.

Well, do you suspect rain? If not, a/c water does this. It is remarkably clean, compared to other leaks...Look for little black press on hoses about 1/2 inch in diameter...often dislodged in error by a foot or repair guy.....

This drain comes from the very bottom of the heater box areas...

I have a chrysler neon 2000, recently I noticed that the brake oil is leaking for the left side rear wheel. what could the problem be? thanks

If it is leaking from the top area of the plate, and you have drum brakes...then the wheel cylinder is leaking.

Rear Air Conditioning

Check under the right side of the vehicle. look for green oil near right rear wheel area. sometimes the lines rub and start leaking. will have to replace lines if that is the case.

My BMW seems to be leaking oil from the rear underside

the leak is most likely coming from either the differential cover gasket or the input flange that the drive shaft attaches to, this is called the pinion seal.
