Check engine light blinking car shaking, oil light on after a few miles from starting

May be low oil, low oil pressure (faulty oil pump) or a bad pressure switch. When your at highway speeds the pump, pumps faster & brings the oil to the right PSI. Try a thicker oil than called for, get the oil pressure checked, oil leaks? & get the switch ckd out.

2wd light wont light and 4wd low light blinks constantly

Put your car in neutral and and press the 2wd if that don't work go about 3mph and do the same process. If it still won't change you may have some type of sensor or electrical problem.

Gas in oil

Gas in oil generally is caused by a faulty injector sticking in the open position after vehicle is turned off. The remaining pressure in the fuel rail is then slowly leaked out into the combustion chamber and seeping down past the oiling rings on the piston. This what is called "Flooding" in a carbureted engine as well, when gas pours into a cylinder that is not firing. Be sure and change your oil out soon, gas breaks down oil to where it does not lubricate properly and can cause more serious issues soon. As far as the check engine light coming on, it may or may not have anything to do with this issue. Unless, the breakdown of your oil over time is decreasing oil pressure and the sensor is registering low oil pressure. The check engine light can come on for various small reasons that do effect the drivability of a vehicle. Check the code that your ECM is registering for this light to come on.

2005 Saturn ION dashboard alert: picture of a car with a lock. also change oil light remains on constantly and it is not due for oil change nor does it need oil.

you can reset the oil light by turning the key to on, but not starting it, then push the gas to the floor twice, then should say oil life reset

Maintence light blinking 7 times, what does that mean?

Your Maintnance Light is blinking because your vehicle is nearing its recommended oil change interval.

The Light blinks when you reach 4,500 miles, and will come on, and remain on steady, after 5,000 miles,

If you had your oil changed recently, your light was not reset. Changing the oil does not reset the light. It must be manually reset, via a button on the dash; this procedure is explained in your owner's manual
