Question about 2000 Dodge Caravan
I have found that it is rare that a relay completely fails(not saying that it won't happen) just rare, that being said, you could use a multi-meter to test for continuity through the contacts, and you could get creative and energize the coil to make sure it is operating, but if you suspect the relay,I would replace it, they don't cost much and at least you will have removed that part as a suspect of the problem.
