Question about 2002 Mercury Mountaineer
Not a fuse or relay ? Then lets look at the switch and motor.
You will have to find the hot wire (12 volts) that runs to the switch and make sure there is continuity there, then find the hot (12 volt) wire to the motor and see if you have voltage there.
If not you will need a motor or a switch.
