First remove all of the spark plugs. Look at the electrodes to see if they are oil fouled. If so clean them to remove the oil and any carbon, reinstall, spray a small amount of "starting fluid" into the air intake and try to start the engine. If there is oil in the cylinders you may have to repeat this. If the plugs are old and worn or they seem to continue to foul you may need to purchase new plugs.

What should I do? Get another car?

Possible bad spark plug or coil pack. Weak compression could be bent valve, worn piston rings, or head gasket. Black at the tail pipe is from unburned fuel from your cylinder miss.

I cannot bleed the clutch on my kia caranvil

First lets make sure we are on the same page here.Your saying you have no clutch resivioir and the system is feed from the brake master cylinder correct .Now the clutch has two clylinders the master witch atteches to the clutch pedal with the rod and it mounted on the fire wall . The slave cylinder is mounted between the bell houseing and the engine . And to replace this you would need to remove the transmission and actualy moves the pressure plate springs back when the pedal is depressed . Think of it like a light its eighter on or off and pushing the pedal down turns it off Normaly the clutch would be bleed at the slave cylinder there should be a bleeder fitting near the top of the bell hoseing. And should be bleed just a brake line no trick you just have to find the bleeder . Check for fluid at the clutch master on the pedal if you see any oil at all leaking you will never be able to keep it bleed sometimes there bad even when new .If oil can get out air is GETTING IN and it will constantly need to be rebleed. Any questions fell free to ask

Just recently got a 2000 Cadillac Seville SLS with 58,000 miles. It was my late aunts. It pretty much sat in her driveway for a couple of years. Very limited use. I started to drive it and it ran great....

Findout the code. You Said It's Realated To The Transmission I Just Pick Mine Up For What I Belive Is The Samething The Tcc & The Code Is P1860 Thats The Tourque Converter Circuit! You Should Getit Changed Because It'll Save You Gas Pluse Less Tress On The Transmission & Engine & Could Cause Gear **** Stall !

Just bought 07' accord with 31, 000 miles and oil was changed by dealer before delivery with next change due in 3000 miles, now oil gauge in dash is saying oil at 15%,

Guess the guys at the dealership forgot to reset your oil chage light. Check your oil to make sure its not black. If its at a good brownish color then get to your oil life screen on your car and i belive you hold down the check mark button till the oil light resets (30sec) or so.

My oil light is on I cant find anything wrong I need to reset the oil light

if oil light is on, you need to change your oil. or at least the car things you need to change it according to the last time the oil light was reset. check manual on how to reset light. on 99 caravans, i belive it has to do with the radio or the clock/calander display on the roof.

My sis-n-law's L200 stalled on the interstate a couple of nights ago. She couldn't give it gas or anything and coasted to the shoulder of the road. She said there were no sounds, just a dead car. After...

possibly a broken or very loose timing chain,,,it usually doesnt make any sound, the tensioner for the timing chain probably lost oil supply ,oil pressure to it and slacked up the chain causing it to jump or break from the low oil or just bad luck on a bad part, but if it did jump time or break the chain itmore than likely bent the valves in the cylinder head,,youll need a new or used head as the valve guide could be damaged and its cheaper to replace the head,,the bottom end of the engine is ok,,,,but check compression, and it should be 170 plus and all about even no more than 15 psi difference across the cylinders,if it is a low compression reading youll have to remove the clyinder and check the valves,,common on the 4 clyinder L200

Sunroof won't open/close

Try this!!! There is a Tilt button and a seperate open/close button I belive . try holding the Tilt button up while holding the open/close button up also at the same time.WHILE THE CAR IS ON!!. Then turn your car off while still holding the buttons up. Then turn your car on again and should work un its totally fried from the rain. What this does is it re-programs your sunroof to work again. Hope this works

Oil light flashing, last oil change 7 wks ago

I belive they didn't reset the oil light timer. I belive the sequence is 1. key on (not acc with engine off)
2. step on the brake pedal 5 times within 10 seconds. 3. key off. 4. start car. 5. check if the light went out. you may have to try it a few times to get it.
