Question about 2001 Volvo V70
The car seems to have a transmission issue. a message change transmission oil at next service keeps coming up. Took it to a transmission guy, he said the fluid looked good and it did not need changing.
One dealer said nothing came up on their computer, Another said it appears that we have a transmission issue. It shudders at about 40 miles per hour, when you get past 40 it stops. Could this be throttle problem?
It may be your torque converter, or you may need a simple fluid change. Make sure they use the EXACT fluid as mentioned in your owners manual. get the fluid changed first, as replacing the torque converter can cost a couple thousand dollars.
