I found a posting with pictures. I think I found it with keywords fender pannel crown Victoria. You don't need a trade school, and you don't need to "just do it" that is bad advice. Looks like you have to take the hood off. I'm going to fix my rusty fenders with body filler. I'm going to try something new this time and will post with pictures. Previous attemts with other cars rusted out again so fast that it wasn't worth the time and effort. I'm going to make sure their is not even one speck of rust. Then I will build it up inside the fender so I don't have hardly any filler on the outside. Then make sure I treat the metal for flash rust before primeing it. I'm not going to ever sell my vic. so I'm not trying to hide anything and frankly would not let anyone poke or prod to check for bonding. I would just tell them were the bonding is.
