Check for voltage at the wiper motor,if it has none, when the switch is turned on,replace the wiper switch,if it has voltage to it,replace the wiper motor.

Use a test light,or volt meter, ground it anywhere, and touch the positive lead to the terminal on the wiper motor, with the switch on,and the key on.

Where is a Mitsubishi eclipse spyder 2003 wiper relay ?

The two relays for the front [main] wipers are part of the front ECU [engine computer] and are not serviceable separately. The front wipers are powered by a 10 amp [#22 in the relay box] battery hot fuse and a 20 amp [#18 in the junction box] & two 7.5 amp [#20 & #23 in the junction box] ignition hot fuses. The front ECU is located under the hood. It sits on top of the driver's inner fender well.

My windsheild wiper dont work none at all not sure whas the problem

You should check your fuse first. If the fuse checks out, it may be your motor. Check to see if it is coming on or has power to it. If so, it may be your actual wiper switch.

Shut off while driving

Before you buy a fuel pump replacement, the cause of the shut-off may be an electrical ignition system malfunction:

Power windows dont work

Power for the windows comes from the battery, through the fusebox, to the driver's door switches, before being routed over to the passenger side. If you can't control the windows from either side, first check the fuses, and if they're OK, I'd strongly suspect a problem with the driver's door switch module. You can usually pull them out of a salvage yard for around $10 or so - doing a swap would be a simple job and you will either nail the problem there or eliminate it if new switches don't fix the problem. If that doesn't do it, you may have a wiring issue (broken wire, disconnected harness, etc). Chances are it's a fuse or the switches though.
