There's a whole proceedure for doing this correctly...you'll need to take it to an alignment shop or your dealer to do this properly.

look on top....maybe through small holes in the radiator support.
There should be 2 adjustment screws. (Some are hex, star, Philip head, or 7mm socket)

One is for left/right, the other is up/down.

One headlight on my 04 f250 lowbeam only won't work even with new bulb

Try a new Relay. Sometimes Ford uses the same part in other sockets. The horn relay may be interchangeable for testing.

Relays are shown in the help section of Autozone.com when you register your vehicle.

I Have an Audi a4 Quatro 2004 model. Adjust Low Beams?

There are two adjustment points (screws). For example left headlight: you will see one point near the end of left wing, at bottom side through a wing hole. This is for vertical plane headlight beam adjustment (up-down). Another one point is against water radiator side. This is for horizontal plane headlight beam adjustment (left-right).

If you look at the front of the headlight, there are actually a couple of screws around the edge. These are your adjustment screws.

Headlight Adjustment

Good Afternoon. I have a 2004 S60R & had to adjust the headlights recently. The adjustment is easy, but requires a small socket wrench. I forget the exact size of the adjustment bolt, but it's close to 1/4". It's located directly behind each headlight & is fairly easty to reach. Adjust the lights at night on a flat section of road (you'll need a flashlight to see the adjustment bolt when doing this). Hope this helps. David
