Question about 2006 Toyota RAV4
Hello. The light can be on for a variety of reasons.
The most common reason for the light coming on is a loose fuel cap.
We would suggest that you take your vehicle to an AutoZone,a PepBoys, or any other comparable auto retail store, and have them connect a scan tool to your car, and obtain the codes.
After you have the codes, please get back to us for additional information.
