Question about 1997 Ford Expedition
They should be located in a black box plastic like cover either on the driver side of the engine or passenger side.
Other fuses are located inside under or on the side of the dash board.
If you need more help let me know what the year, make, model of your vehicle is and I could look it up. Or you could take it to a shop or a major auto parts store like an Auto Zone and ask them if they can come out and show you where they are located on your vehicle.
