The computor is looking to be reset. Check your owners manual for instructions or purchase a Hayne's service manual.

Radio stopped after the battery died and was recharged

The first thing to check is the fuse for the radio. More likely, though, is that the radio needs a security code to turn back on. A local dealership may be willing to give you this code if you go there with your title. There also websites that offer radio unlock codes. Does the radio display anything when you start the car or when you try to turn the radio on?

After my battery died, and was recharged my radio stopped working. What should I check to make it work again?

The radio has an anti theft feature that requires a code to be entered once power has been lost. The code is provided at the time of purchase, and may be in the paperwork that came with the car or written in the owner's manual. If you can't find the code, you will have to ask the dealer for the code. Let me know if you have more questions.

Radio won't play

You have had a loss of power to the radio (such as when the car battery is changed), or the radio has been replaced or disconnected from the car's wiring harness. This is a theft deterrent because the stolen radio is useless to someone without the activation code. This code can be obtained from a dealer or it is found on a small plastic card that is part of the original owner's materials. Number is usually 5 digits. When you turn on the radio and the readout says 'CODE ', enter the number by using the numbered station selection buttons (which are numbered 1-2-3-4-5-6). If the radio beeps when you are entering the number, start over. If it keeps beeping, you have the wrong code number (which might be the case if the radio has been replaced). Note: The 'CODE' button located on the small computer face to the right of the radio (with the date, mileage, temperature, etc) has NOTHING to do with the process or the radio 'CODE'.

DVD player in honda odyessy won't eject disc or play

the first thing to check is the fuse associated with the dvd player. If it is blown then that is probably your problem. The fact that it blew means there is an electrical short somewhere that will need to be fixed. Otherwise, you will continue to blow fuses. If it is not blown then pull it out for 30 seconds and replace. Then try to operate your DVD.

Honda Civc 2004 radio code entered plays for 30 seconds and quits?

Not sure? If it is the wrong code it shouldn't work at all? Try leaving the radio on for an hour without doing anything and then re-enter the code. If that doesn't work, contact your nearest Honda dealer.
