There are two clips on the head light assy under the hood that you pull up and the head light comes out. you have to change the bulb in the head light because low and high beam lights are the same bulb.

If you are talking about a 2005 TB, you are incorrect. There is a low beam and a high beam. You have to remove the 3" rubber cover on the burned out bulb, either the highbeam (inside) or low beam (outside). Next, turn the wire connecter assembly counter-clockwise and remove from headlight housing. Then unhook the bulb assembly, replace with new one and reinsert into housing, secure by turning clockwise until it clicks or stops, then replace 3 inch rubber waterproof cover.

Yes your are correct about the rubber caps. I failed to mention those. There are two clips per headlight on the chevys. You can see one easily but the other is kind of hidden. You can pull those clips up and remove the headlight assembly as there are no screws that hold them in place making it easier to replace the bulbs. I work ad Advance Auto and change these on a regular basis as chevy is bad about the headlight bulbs blowing. I change at least two to five a week on these. Thank you for your comment.

It is either the light switch or the headlight relay, I would say first go for the relay as it carries the actual load of the lights. It will not be a fuse, the headlights are fused individually.

No lowbeam headlights...bulbs have been replaced but still no lowbeam

The 2003 Trailblazer has separate fuses for each headlight. Check the fusebox under the hood near the battery. A complete diagram showing you where the low beam fuses are can be found in your vehicle owner's manual.

How do you change a headlight bulb on a 2003 Toyota Celica GT? Under the plastic covering the headlight there is a lot of fog and condensation and I want to clean it off, so how do I take off the plastic that covers the headlight?
Seem to be seal is wear off
already on the front cover
The way to open that
1. There is four screws at the back of
the headlights and unscrew them
2. Pull the headlight and dry it
by wiping or heat of the sun or
anything that can release the fog
3. Buy silicon and seal the headlight
gap with silicon and let it dry for a hour
This will help kept away fog
and condensation for sure
