It sounds like you have a broken motor mount or 2. This happens a lot more with standard transmissions but it does also happen to automatics. Hope this helped, Roger

Sounds like it could be the transmission or torque converter - have you tried flushing the transmission? What's the mileage on the car?

Got new breakes for my dodge neon 2002 se and when I come to a stop they skeeky load what should I do to fix it

It may not sound like it, but your brake pads are vibrating on the rotors. To remedy this, they should have applied silicone to the back of the shoes to glue them to the calipers. If you see no silicone or something similar around the back of the shoes, take it back to whoever installed them.

Transmission fluid should have no effect on your steering wheel vibrating when stopped in drive. I would explore more into a possible skip in the engine.

2002 doge neon r/t revs itself when i start it

The most common source of that problem is a sticking idle control motor. As a first step, purchase a new gasket and/or O-ring for the idle control motor. Remove the motor and clean it out using aerosol carburetor cleaner. If the idle control motor was sticking, that should cure it. It the fix only lasts temporarily, you need to replace the idle control motor. This is a common problem with vehicles with over 80,000 miles on them.

Dodge neon part location ?

I believe it on the right fender well just above the motor mount. you will see the vacuum line going to it and you will see the lines from the canister going to it.

2002 Neon front end passenger wheel clicks when turning right

Replace the CV axles. I say replace both of the axles because if one is going out, the other one is right behind it. This should get rid of your clicking sound/vibration.

the engine mounts and the transmission mounts are broken which causes vibration you can test this by slightly lifting the engine a little bit using a small floor jack but do not lift too much on the oil pan just enough to raise the engine a little and you will notice the vibration is gone if this is the case replace all the mounts.
