I have an 97 audi a4 1.8t quattro and my back tail light the top one that stays on all the time is not working wat could be the problem

My audi a4 2002 3.0 quattro radio just stop working with the red light that stay on. It does'nt display "SAFE" , so I don't think that is lock. Please help

Not sure by the discription , but may be brake ware warning light.

connect the light to the other one on the near side to the same light done usual fix

i had a similar problem with my 97 a4 2.8. i changed my daytime running lights relay and it solved the problem. its located under the steering wheel behind the knee bolster

common for the brake lights to stay on but not tail lights are you sure its tail lights ? if it is are the front side lights on ?
