Sevice Suspension light on

Most likely a dirty wheel sensor, a frayed connector wire, or just a fluke--I have flukes on my Suburban when towing.

Mud is a likely culprit.

I replaced dead battery with a new one. there is a "lock" symbol and the engine won't start. How do I unlock or reset engine?

This is the anti theft devise for the car, sometimes you can use the key in the door by locking and then unlocking the car, or use the remote to disarm the alarm, with the factory key remote

Service ride control light is on in a chevy 2003 2500

When the light comes on for the ride control it means that the system has detected a fault in the operation and the system needs to be scanned and tested for proper functionality. There are allot of faults that can turn the light on so the testing is very important to avoid replacing good parts and still not repair the problem. The most common fault is a leaking airbag at one or more wheels suspension. The life span of the suspension airbags (also called air springs) is about 100,000 miles

Suburban front tire squeek

squeaks in the front end can be any one of the suspension components....however with gm trucks it has been my experience that its probably a ball joint.........GET IT CHECKED!!!!!!!.......if the ball joint breaks the wheel will flop in the wheel well and can cause severe damage to your other suspension components as well as body damage.(can be very expensive) if you are traveling at a fast speed you may lose control and possibly crash! But most of the time a bad ball joint will break when you are going into a driveway or parking lot.
hope this helps........Good Luck!
