First thing is to check for vaccum leaks, also there may be a coil shorting through the boot causing the rough idle, you say everything you listed is good so im taking your word but a dirty injector or again a shorting coil would cause this condition, one more thing is a bad oxygen sensor will cause this also if its telling the computer to lean out or richen the fuel.hope this helps.

Misfire p0303

Check wiring harness around and including plug to the coil pack. Also check fuel pressure with vehicle running. I'm not sure of the specs but, Iit should be around 35 to 40 psi. at idle, and 50 to 75 at higher RPM's. I've seen Fords run with a bad fuel pump and demonstrate these exact symptoms

Cylinder 3 and 6 not firing

If you had a shorted ignition coil, it may have damaged the ignition module.Take a coil pack from another spot, plug it in just be sure your new one is good.if it still won't spark replace the module.I've seen these that won't spark cold but run ok hot.You can try to heat the module with a hair drier to see if you get it to work, but even if it does you still need a module...good luck

I have po300 and po506 on my canyon code cleared and resets after a while

From http://www.obd-codes.com/trouble_codes/
The P0300 is a misfire and P0506 indicates low RPM at idle.

A misfire can be caused by poor ignition (spark plug, plug wire, coil, ignition module/engine control module).
OR
Poor air/fuel (air filter, fuel injector, fuel pressure, fuel filter, fuel pump, bad gas, or engine control module).

Check your maintenance requirements and see if any of these items are due for replacement first.

2000 Chevy s10 2.2L very rough idle at low rpm

run a fuel pressure test, if that checks out fine it may be a faulty coil pack or ignition control module

Running roug at low idle, smooths out at 2500 rpms

change plug and wire if its been a while most cars have 90000 miles platinum plugs in them.but the wires wear before plugs.so change plugs and wires.+clean fuel injectors .change fuel filter and air filter.if car still run rough your idling to low.have idling check .

Piston doesn't fire at low rpm

start car, un-plug one spark plug wire at a time and you should hear and see a spark. that means that one is working fine, then go to the next if you dont see a spark from that one after unplugging then that one needs a coil.
