Do you have low or high beams?

LOW BEAMS: When headlight switch is turned on the headlight relay is energized providing voltage through fuse 37 and 38 to the headlights and the low beams come on.

HIGH BEAMS : same thing as above thru fuses 37 & 38. When the dimmer is in high, the dimmer relay provides ground to the high beams, and the high beams come on.

1. pull your flash see if lights come on?
2. check fuse 15 if good
3. check fuses 37 & 38.

I have a 1993 honda accord i just recently lost my brake lights i put in a new brake light switch and all of my brake lights started working except my right brake lights? please help

If you don't have power to the right brake light when the switch is engaged, I would check the turn signal switch. On some models the brake circuit goes thru the turn signal switch. Also be sure and check the ground connection on the bulb socket.

I cant get the retaining ring on the headlight bulb to turn so i can replace the head light. its a 1995 honda accord.

Spray VERY lightly some WD-40 around the bulb where the ring is holding it down. Wait about 2 minutes. Wiggle the ring by hand. If it still doesn't come loose, use a flat screwdriver on the edge ridges of the ring. Bump (hard) the screwdriver with the ball of your other hand or another tool to turn the ring. Before you put the new light-bulb in the hole, use a towel to wipe any WD-40 off of the ring or the hole. If any gets on the new bulb, it will shorten its life. Hopefully you are changing both bulbs and KEEP the one that was still working as an emergency spare. Sharpie LOW on the plastic socket, wrap it in a paper towel and keep in the trunk.

How do you change a headlight in a 1993 honda accord

Most likely you will have to do it from under the hood. Check behind the lamp assembly and see if there is a cap or cover that the wiring for the light goes thru. If a cap give it a 1/4 turn counter clockwise and you should be able to remove the bulb and socket then. DO NOT TOUCH the glass part of the new bulb. To replace just do the opposite.

I have a 1993 honda accord with aftermarket guages with color changing bulbs and i pulled them out since they only came on as blue and when i put the guages back in and everything hooked up it doesnt light...

  1. Check the wires.
  2. Check the fuse maybe the fuse for the gauge light is busted.
  3. If wires and fuse is ok try to visit a electrician.

2000 Honda Accord SE the green illumination lights behind odometer and clock go out when the head lights or running lights go on all fuses and relays are good no visible broken wires or loose grounds and...

change light bulbs, simple. Clock light is VERY easy, buy bulb at honda dealer, 3 bucks. pry it up, and out. change the old bulb, situated right hand side, turn it counterclockwise quarter of a turn, done.

As for odometer backlight, also a light bulb, easily bought at any automotive store. Unscrew the 2 screws from the top of the black bezel surrounding the instrument panel. Most difficult part is now pulling it out and towards you.. VERY DIFFICULT. I had to snake a shoestring behind it to yank it out as it is held in place by two clips on the bottom edges. Google it, that's how everyone does it. Then it's rather straight forward from there. 4 more screws, and tilt the unit towards you, and undo the 3 cables. Find the faulty light bulb, take it out, and replace. Done
