My 9 5 saab driver side heater provides no heat and fan works randomly. now it has gotten to the point where the fan never works.

You fan sound like it neeed to be changed. On the ACC control press AUTO and OFF simultaneously. and record any codes shown/if any and go from there chances are your blend door mechanism needs to be repaired.

Driving in very hot weather, stopped at light,

you may have blown the head gasket.
or
check the coolant level,is it low?
if it is ok,check the fan switch on the radiator, change the thermostat, and check that the fan is working.
the fan has to work, saab engines run very hot.
there is a after run fan switch as well that measures engine compartment temperature, and can start the fan even with the car off,so be careful.

I have a saab 95 2001 and the air flow from the heater is faulty

sounds like you need a new air distribution box, mor than likely a plastic link on the box is broken. Do you hear any motors trying to change the air flow?

Saab 95 headlights dont work high work and drive lights stay on

IF THE BULBS ARE OK CHECK THE HEADLIGHT MODULE(IT LOOKS LIKE A RELAY, ORANGE CASE I THINK) TRY WIGGLING IT,IM PRETTY SURE THATS IT. THEY GO BAD ALOT ON SAABS. IT SHOULD BE IN THE ENGINE CONPARTMENT
