You have 2 options. The first is to talk to a GM dealer. You can give them the info they need and they can usually make a key for you.
The other option is to replace the ignition tumbler with a new one, and new keys.
Without the ignition key you can not unlock the steering lock.
You would have to pull the ignition lock, and then find the starter relay to actually start the car.
Please let me know how it goes.

Check that the temp sender wire is not shorting out on the engine as that will make the gauge read hot. Replace the sender unit as they can change resistance over time and read wrong.

Key won't open trunk for a 95 oldsmobile cutless supreme

Do the rear seats fold down? If so, crawl in there may be a lever/latch to open the trunk from inside.

Take the car to a locksmith and they can fix the lock.

I cant turn the key to the ignition on my 1998 oldmobile cutless

inside the key cylinder there are tumbler keys that line up once the key is pushed into the cyl. it sounds as if the tumblers are not lining up. if you slide key in and wiggle the key slightly you might be able to get it started. if not i can send you procedure to replace ignition cylinder on your car. you can buy a new one at most parts stores new keys will come with it. if the key has a little black chip up close to the end of key the keys and cylinder will have to be replaced at dealer. using a key cut from anywhere else will end up giving you problems in starting your car every so many drive cycles.

Lost car key

Yes it is a coded key, the problem is without the resistance value of the original key (the little piece of resistive wire embedded in the key shaft) you will have re-program the system to the new key value. The keys will run about $20 US each and the programming about 1/2 hr or $50. Do yourself a favor get two keys done.
