Recently, when the car is on and I am driving. The radio will either turn off completely or the volume will go all the way down, the maintenance required light will flash on, the speedometer and...

Well all of those things happening when the Maintenance Required light coming on should tell you something right there. If you have your owner's manual, open it up and check under warning lights or indicators and see what it recommends.

Maintenance light coming on, then the oil light.

The maintenance light is telling you that the cpu has found faults in sensors and is shutting down the engine to prevent engine failure. Have the codes read and replace that which is faulty with genuine units.

2000 nissan sentra manual transmission 1st and 2nd gear misfiring....

Sounds like you have a major misfire problem. The light is flashing because the ecm has determined that the problem is severe enough to cause damage to something. If your engine light flashes it is a warning not to drive the vehicle. I'm assuming this is a four cylinder. My guess would be that only two of the cylinders are actually producing any power. I would need the following details to help you further. How many miles are on this engine? Has the necessary factory maintenance schedule been maintained? In other words have the appropriate parts been changed and serviced to keep this engine performing properly. Many things could be causing your issues. Do the necessary maintenance first, like spark plugs and whatever the manufacturer requires and see what happens. If this does not help I can help you with the rest.

My 1997 ford aspire 5 speed manual sputters when going up hill and when taking off if your in too high a gear. It hasn't died on me yet. I can keep it in 4th but it sputters. It does need a tune up....

don't spend money on a tune up until you have the fault codes read
The ECM does a tune up every 60 seconds and any faults are stored as fault codes or engine light if serious enough
you can check the fuel pressure ( 45-65psi) or run quality injector cleaner as a maintenance program

Maintanance required light on

turn the key to activate the power but not start the ignition, do this a handfull of times. The check engine light should blink a specific number of times, this can be referenced to identify the problem, after this happens the light should turn off until you have another problem! There's a difference between the "check engine" light and the "engine maintenance required" light (aka "Emission Maintenance Reminder" or EMR light). The EMR light is strickly a reminder that emission system maintenance is due. This includes the EGR valve, PCV valve, & Oxygen sensor. It is program to light at approximately 60,000, 82,500, & 120,000 miles. Because its activated by mileage, it does not necessarily mean that something has malfuction. Unfortunately, the only way to reset it is by using a diagnostic scan tool. Of course, you could always remove the bulb.

What does the check engine light indicate?

Something triggered a fault within your cars diagnostic system. You need to have a "fault scan" done and it will show what part(s) failed. Sometimes it's just a power spike or an instance where something happened extreme enough to trigger the light. Most times it's a simple fix. You can get any good auto parts store to scan & reset your lights

My check engine trac off light came on

This happened to me as well, just a few weeks after buying our 1999 ES300. Took it into Lexus for regular maintenance and to check this out. Apparently, if you don't replace the gas cap correctly and tight enough this can cause the 'trac off' light to come one. It will go off a little while after the cap has been replaced correctly. This also happened with my 2006 Murano, 'check engine soon' message.

Check engine light

go to Pep Boys and Auto Zone and have the code read for free.  and fix it now, as it doesn't sound like something you can wait on.
Also the oil change had absolutely nothing to do with the problems you are having now.
Cars cost money, and it doesn't sound like you are keeping up with the maintenance on this one, sadly you'll pay more in the end.
