Theres no fuse, it operates of a circuit breaker with the windows, this is located on the pass/side kick panel.you may have a bad module or switch for sunroof, heres a wiring diagram to help you, make sure your getting power to module and switch and also power and ground to motor,good luck, hope this is helpful.
