I have had the same problem with my 2001 Hyundai Elantra to do Long Island Junk Removal , Furniture Removal and Concrete Removal Estimates.. The car will not start.... all I'm getting is a single click every time I turn the ignition key. If anyone could help I would really appreciate if you email me with some tips.

SOURCE: where is a 06 hyundai elantra starter located

The starter in the 2001 model is under the intake manifold. I would check there first. Replacing it will require removing the air box and will take some contortions to get out if it's in the same place on yours. Are you sure that the starter is the problem because these usually don't fail (not to say it can't happen)? Hope this helps!

2003 hyundai elantra starter removal where are bolts located on the starter
It's bolted to the outer edge of your transmission. If it's a front wheel drive, it may be near the front of the motor, where the engine and motor connect. Should only have two bolts holding it on. Hope this helps!

Hi there, im trying to figure out where my starter is in my 2004 hyundai elantra
The starter motor is located below and back towards the firewall of the thermostat housing, remove airbox to see it. Easiest way to find it would be to follow the large gauge black (negative) wire leading from your battery, down towards the engine. This will connect directly to the starter.
