This sounds like the tensionor is not holding tight enough for belt, or belt is streached out and needs changed. what the belt is doing is slipping on the pulleys.

You may have a blower fan which has broken away from the fan motor. Remove and inspect, replace cage fan as needed.

The right side power window stopped working on my 2001 Chev. Silverado pickup. How do I get the door panel; off and how do I check the motor?

rmove all screws on door panel, and any trim. Pull firmly on bottom of panel to remove, to test the motor all you need is a test light, if you have power and ground with key on the motor is bad

My Dad had a 1999 Silverado that did the same thing, it's a bad design. You wont run out but keep track of your miles, Then you know how far you can go.

Very squeaky belt or pully, use to stop when gas pedal applied but now squeaks when gas pedal applied and most idle times. Been using wd40 but doesn't work as good now

1999 probably has a serpantine belt (multi grooved). I would guess that you may have a squeaky belt or more likley a bad bearing in on of the idler pulleys. Remove the belt and spin the idlers by hand. If one feels rough or makes noise replace it.

Sporadic shriking noise when in motion at lower

Either a brake pad or the fan belts !
Lube the fan belts with candel wax or silicone spray, if the same noise, it is a brake pad !!

2001 Pathfinder screeches on start

Remove the belt and check all pulleys for smooth operation. any binding at all is amplified when belt tension is applied. also check the belt itself...If it's glazed or dried out, it can be noisy.

Brake problem like stepping on rock, have to pump to activate

It does sound like a booster problem. Replacing it would be a better choice. It may be difficult finding someone to rebuild it these days.

Squeeking sound when turning wheel and sitting there . Sounds like you could have a bad belt you can spray it with belt dressing spray and if the noise goes away you should replace belt .
