Have 98 gmc truck dtc p0134&p0154 ecm will not go into closed loop coolant temp is good o2 sensor all are at 451 mv check power &ground at 02 heaters check heaters ok

It'll never go into closed loop with those codes.
P0134 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank I Sensor 1)
P0154 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

Check for major air leak in exhaust. Or 2 dead sensors (very unlikely)

Why won't my check engine light on Honda crv go off when I changed the 02 sensor?

P0134 is for #1 o2 sensor no activity. Google this for good info. Maybe you have a broken wire or bad plug. Did you inspect the plug pins going to sensor 1?

I am getting codes p0141 and p0134, and I have replaced the sensor 1 upstream already

P0141 Heated o2 sensor. P0134 Heater 02 sensor circuit, These 02 sensor has a fuse in the engine junction box listed as IGN 1. This supplies 12volts to the heater circuit, check to make sure its not a open fuse. If you already replaced the sensors make sure you clear the code. or it will stay in memory.

Where is bank 1 sensor two located on a chevy cavaier the code is p0134

Hi, P0134 indicates sensor 1. Sensor 1 is the one on the exhaust manifold. Sensor 2 is behind the catalytic converter.
