Hello mbrown.
If your signal lights are working the circuits to the rear are OK and would still suspect a problem at the brake switch or power through it.
If they don't work either it's possible you may have a broken or corroded wire or a problem in the tail light circuit board itself.
The wires at the back are yellow on the left and dark green on the right. These carry your signal light power as well as the brake.

Does the center brake lamp on the cab work? If it does you have power from the brake switch. If it doesn't the following paragraph does not apply as the problem will be at the brake switch or power to it.

Another possible problem is in the signal light switch. Power from the brake light switch goes to the signal switch where the power is divided into each rear side.
I would like to suggest to wiggle the emergency flasher switch while applying the brake.

Wires at the switch; orange should have power all the time and white should have power when brakes applied.

Need more info? Let me know.

    Hello again.
Have you checked the orange wire for supply power to the switch?
The switch is not an adjustable unit.
You will need to check for power on the orange wire and power on the white with brake pedal depressed before I can verify where the problem is.
Use a test light or a multi meter to verify this.
We can fix your problem but not without testing the location of it.
    I will check back.

    Hello Mbrown.
It is your brake switch not working if the yellow does not have power. That one goes to your brake light on the cab and should have power when brakes applied.
Need more help? Let me know.

Looking at the diagram, yes, that is correct.
The white wire on your truck is routed from the cab light back to the signal switch for some reason.
Have never run across that situation before.
