Hello, try new switch, these power window motors seldom go out, i just replaced power window switches on a astro van, this lady had not rolled pass side window down in 2 years, put switch in a started working fine, if that dont work, you might have to replace window motor, get them at junkyard for 50.00 dollars. put them in is a different story.

Electrical problems?

Reads like it is a problem for an auto electrician or someone with access to the vehicles wiring diagram - presumably at some point two circuits are crossing. More likely if it is a modern car, it maybe a bit of computerised hardware that needs a fix or replacement.

My 04 Honda Civic fuel door will not open. Can

You can get to the latch through the trunk. In the trunk, pull the liner away from the area adjacent to the fuel door. You'll see a black cable that goes to the fuel door latch behind a metal frame. Reach in and turn the latch mount 90 degrees to release it from the fuel door frame. Your fuel door will now be open. You will need to repair or replace the cable, but at least you'll be able to fuel up for now.

Fuel tank door release, 2004 Honda Civic

The release cable is sticking or broken. To release the fuel door, open the trunk and pull off the fabric liner on the left side of the trunk. Behind this liner is the fuel door release cable; this cable leads to the fuel door and attaches with a twist-lock connector. It is cylindrical with two tabs. Twist the connector clockwise about 90 degrees and it should pull out, releasing the door.

Just remember, the fuel door will not stay closed until you put the connector back in.
