Most vacum hoses are very brittle and if they go to a plastic connector you should probably do this in front of an Auto parts store just to be sure because being that old the plastic will probably break when you try to take the old hose off.

Thats a pretty vague question. There are several different sizes of hoses. You will need to replace them one at a time. Its not hard, but take your time and do it right. I've never heard of anyone wanting to replace ALL the hoses.

How do i solve code 33 on olds cutlass supreme?

I believe this is the MAP sensor code. If so check your MAP sensor vacuum hoses and electrical connections at your ECM. You may need to replace your MAP sensor.

Overheating, valve near firewall that water hose from thermostat is broke

Pretty much self explanatory. the valve is called a heater control valve.
when replacing it don't pull on the hoses to the firewall or you can damage the heater core in the dashboard (a job you don't really want to do).
since there are several hoses there, make notes as to where the hoses go before removing them. Don't forget to put the small vacuum hose back on when finished. RE-fill the system with the heat on high and wait for the thermostat to open before closing it up.
If overheat was severe, replace the thermostat....they become unreliable after that happens.

I had an oldsmodbile that did the same thing and it was a vacuum hose problem. You need to check all your vacuum hoses for leaks and the connections.
