I would check fuses first. If fuses are good you may need to check relay or take off door panel check continuity to switch with a volt meter, let me know what you find.

My truck has electric locks but no fuse were would i find it

The fuse to the door locks are good if the windows work. The windows are on the same fuse at the door locks. If the door locks are not working, did they both quit at the same time? I bet not.

2005 town & country electric door locks quit working

the door locks are controlled by the body computer and one of the switches may be bad. When you pull the fuse you are clearing the computer codes and the locks work fine until that switch acts up. once the computer sets a code for a shorted or stuck switch all switch inputs are ignored until you pull the fuse and reset everything. Could also be a bad wire to the switch or a bad computer.
