Where is the location of the heater/ac blower in a 1989 Chevy S-10 pick up truck?

The blower motor on the 89 s10 is located in the passenger side by the firewall and can be accessed through the engine compartment. Good luck and keep me posted if you have any more questions. You can pick up a new blower motor at Auto Zone and they can give you the step by step instructions if you need them.

Open the glove box AAAAAll the way. Slip the tabs on the back past the stops and make sure the blend door is operating properly.

Ac blower does not come on till level 4


It is a blower resister module ,located near the blower motor that is bad.

the heater/ac fuse look in your owners man. it should have a diagram or give you a number.

1997 Chevy S10 pickup Fan switch for heater runs on high only.


replace the blower motor resistor located on the heater box were the blower motor is located the wiring to the blower may go to it. This is very easy to locate if you buy the part first.

Another common probelm is the resistor melts on these. replace blower motor resistor and pigtail. GM puts too small of gauge wire for what the blower motors want and causes them to melt.

VERY common. resistor is just under the blower motor usually 3 small bolts holding it in place. and a 4 or 3 pin wire. i forget.

No power to the heater/ac control of our 89 chevy silverado


IF YOUR BLOWER MOTOR IS GOOD AND FUSE IS GOOD TO AC/HEAT THAN THE CONTROL BOARD IS NO GOOD
