Question about 2005 Buick LeSabre
How to do a
coolant system flush
There are kits that are inexpensive that you hook up to your rad hose using a garden hose that would be your best bet it will have instructions with it to tell you how to hook it up

The coolant sensor located in the radiator is either gunked up or faulty if the fluid level stays ok.. The sensor is located on the engine side of the radiator about 3 inches from the top on the right side looking from behind the steering wheel

After playing "hide and seek" with drains for years, most times finding they will not turn or are otherwise broken, I finally got smart and began just removing the lower hose from the radiator. It is far faster, most times easier to get to and does the job!! Don't do this hot or you will get an unwanted bath of hot antifreeze. Remove the fill cap after you have the hose off.

CHECK THE HIGHT OF THE HEATER MATRIX IN THE CAB , IF ITS HIGHER THAN THE FILLER/EXPANSION TANK. THEN ITS AN AIR LOCK, LOOK FOR THE HIGHEST PIPE AND SEE IF THERE IS A BLEED VALVE, IF NOT TAKE BOTH PIPES OFF THE MATRIX FEEDS AND FLUSH OUT TO SEE IF IT IS BLOCKED, AND RECONNECT LOWEST PIPE FIRST AND FILL SYSTYM TILL WATER APPEAR FROM TOP AND RECONNECT RUN MOTOR, AND KEEP TOPIN UP.
