You need to meter them to see if they are working or not. This would be the best place to start.

My door lights stays on suspect the censors where are they located

If you are not getting a dinging noise I would suggest you get a fine grit sand paper.Open your sliding side door and sand down the the silver connections on the door and on the body of the van.You have to really put some pressure on it.Do it for a few minutes.Wipe them off and close the door.See if that solves the problem.I have read on many sites that this doesnt fix it.I have the same van and had the same problem.I did this and the lights go out,the door adjar light is off and I dont have any idiot lights flashing on the dash.it has been like this for three months now.

1996 Eclipse RS. Drivers side door wont open from outside. Its almost like the heaviness from the door is effecting the door jam.

Reading between the lines I think you are saying the handle works fine to disengage the latch but the door itself does not want to open like it is binding in the opening. If so check the door hinge pins. They can wear and then the door can sag in the opening and be hard to open. You should likewise have a small problem with closing the door if it is the hinge pins.

The passanger side sliding door on my 94 Crysler Town and Country had been working fine, this morning however when my daughter tried to close it the door bounced back open, and now the door will not close,...

I think something maybe blocking it from closing check really well around the door and near the sensors. If that doesnt work i think a sensor went bad and now wants to stay open. Its like a position sensor tells the door how far to go and when to stop.

Interior lights stay on after ingnition is off

Clean the contacts on the side door with course steel wool then lube them with die-electric grease, avail from most parts stores or the dealer, this should take care of the problem, if not u will have to remove the rivets and install new switch contacts both on the door and the door jam.

99 volvo v70 xc back hatch will not open

It could be just a censor in the door itself. My truck does this. Its nothing serious, just means the the censor is burnt out. I could be wrong, take it in and have someone else look at it. If you think it is a spring, try looking for it on ebay autos. You can find lots of stuff there cheaper than you will at a dealership. Then just have it installed. Good luck.

Still have a problem with 99 S-10 Blazer(power windows).

have you checked the switches on the door frame. the ones where you close the door and it depresses the switch ? if it is not the switches, it could be a good place to start.
